Biography
Dr Susan Hunt is a health researcher specialising in healthy ageing and development, vulnerable populations and child protection issues. She is experienced in the analysis of policy, research and grey literature, and providing evidence-based reviews and commentary. Her PhD research studied the trajectories of mental and physical health in ageing and associated predictors of change in health status, which involved statistical modelling on a large longitudinal dataset.
Susan has contributed to policy documents, government reports, grant proposals, ethics applications, service evaluations, education resources and workshops. She has expertise in the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, and a strong interest in the translation of research into policy and practice.
