Biography
Dr Natania Locke is a highly-regard corporations lawyer, with a long-standing career in academia in South Africa, at the University of Johannesburg and the University of the Witwatersrand, among other places. She has been in senior administrative positions in South Africa where she was a professor of commercial law and has run undergraduate and postgraduate programs with great efficiency. She teaches Corporate Governance in the MBA (Executive) in the AGSE and company law. Her research interests focus on the impact of innovation on corporate and financial regulation and on investor stewardship. Natania is the Deputy Department Chair of Swinburne Law School.
