Nelson is now working as a Lecturer at the Swinburne University of Technology. He has taught and coordinated a variety of courses, and published widely in refereed book, journals and international conferences. Before joining Swinburne, he worked in Hang Seng Management College, Northern State University, RMIT University, University of Wollongong, Hong Kong Broadband & Network Limited and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Additionally, he also serves as an Editor for Interdisciplinary Journal of Information, Knowledge, and Management (IJIKM). His past professional activities include serving as an Adjunct Researcher at Payap University, Editor-in-Chief for International Journal of Intercultural Information Management (IJIIM), Conference Chair of 4th International Conference on Information Management and Evaluation (ICIME) and Founding President of the Vietnam Chapter of Association for Information Systems.
