Biography
Dr. Imteaz has completed his Ph.D. on Environmental Engineering in 1997 from Saitama University, Japan. Then he worked with Institue of Water Modelling (Bangladesh), Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology, Queensland University of Technology (Brisbane), Queensland Centre for Climate Applications (Toowoomba). Later he has completed his postdoctoral research from the University of Queensland, Brisbane. He has been involved with several Australian academic and government sectors working on sustainability, water recycling, modelling pollutants transport and treatment, developing decision support tools, and rainfall forecasting using Artificial Intelligence.
As per 2021 citation record, Dr Imteaz is among top 1.23% most-cited scientists in the world in the field of "Environmental Engineering".
