Biography

Jessica is a Lecturer in Marketing at Swinburne Business School and a member of the Sports Innovation research group (SIRG) and the Customer Experience and Insights research group (CXI). Her research expertise includes customisation, customer engagement, service innovation, market segmentation, and applying quantitative methodologies. Her work on customisation was recognised by the nation’s leading marketing conference in 2016 with the ANZMAC Doctoral Colloquium Best Paper Award. 


Her recent research work explores the human experience of mass customisation technologies, including identifying how consumers perceive different types of customisation solutions, and different consumer segments that exist. Before joining Swinburne, Jessica worked in industry for various market research firms which has strengthened her understanding of client needs.
