Biography
Jessica is a Lecturer in Marketing at Swinburne Business School specialising in customisation and co-creation. She has presented her research globally, and her work on customisation was recognised by the nation’s leading marketing conference in 2016 with the ANZMAC Doctoral Colloquium Best Paper Award.
Her research expertise includes customisation, customer engagement, service innovation, market segmentation, and applying quantitative methodologies.
