I am a lecturer in Information Systems and an early career researcher at the Swinburne University of Technology. I completed my Master degrees in Information and Communication Technolgy (MICT) and Information Systems (IS) at the University of Wollongong where I studied the role of autonomous agents technology in critical decision making. I In 2015, I was awarded my PhD from Monash University. My thesis was about the role of social media in the resilience of healthcare communities, where I focused on the process of chronic care management. I am currently extensively involved in teaching and researching information systems topics and related issues. My research interests include the data analytics in healthcare, digital health, community resilience, IS resilience, and success and failure of IT project in organisations.
