Biography
Dr Diana Rajendran has pursued an academic career overseas as well as in Australia. She has published in leading academic journals and has presented her research at several international conferences. Her expertise and areas of interest include Managing Workplace Diversity, Migration and Workplace integration, Management of Change, Spirituality and well-Being, Quality of Worklife and Emotional Intelligence. She is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
