Biography
I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), and lecturer of nutrition in the Bachelor of Health Sciences degree. Prior to joining Swinburne, I have had extensive experience working in the community health sector, working with clients from different life stages and backgrounds such as people from CALD and refugee backgrounds. I take great pride in being able to share my experiences as a clinician and practioner with students as part of their learning, to help them understand the context and relevance of knowledge and skills aquired in their degree with working life.
My current research interests include: refugee health, health literacy, digital health in tertiary education, tertiary education pedagodgy.
