Biography

Dr Diana Rajendran has pursued an academic career overseas as well as in Australia. She has published in leading academic journals and has presented her research at several international conferences.  Her expertise and areas of interest include Managing Workplace Diversity, Migration and Workplace integration, Management of Change, Spirituality and well-Being,  Quality of Worklife and Emotional Intelligence. She is experienced in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

Accredited Supervisor for Masters & Doctoral students as Principal Coordinating Supervisor.

Research Interests Include:  Diversity Management;  Migration and Workplace Integration; Gender Issues in the Workplace: Spirituality and Well-Being; Work-life Balance;  Emotional Intelligence; Management Education.
