Learning mindfulness will give you control over your attention so you can increase your present-centred awareness. In allowing your body to be attentive to the moment, you are likely to become more in tune with yourself and more accepting of your own thoughts and emotions. Improve your overall wellbeing, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your study and work performance.
