Young Mums VCAL Open Day 2019
Swinburne’s Young Mums VCAL program provides teenage mothers, typically less likely to pursue mainstream secondary school education, with the opportunity to complete Year 12, and to gain the skills and confidence to become active, involved, independent community members.
The Young Mums class of 2019 invite you to their Open Day on 12th September 2019 between 10am and 1pm at Swinburne University, Croydon campus, Norton Road (CC building, Room 103).
Students will present their journey of the new social enterprise Mummafly, a handmade skincare collection developed by the young mums. Feel free to pop in and experience the Mummafly range of all-natural, luxurious and affordable products firsthand.
This event celebrates self-care, empowering women through small business and supports our Mumpreneurs! The students will showcase their work and be available to answer questions regarding the program and Mummafly business.
Tours will be conducted, light refreshments provided, and products available for purchase.
