Swinburne seeks to create a culture of inclusion. One that cultivates and respects the strength that difference creates and is inclusive of all, regardless of race, religion, ability, sexuality or gender.

Why is an inclusive community important to you? Do you have a diverse background? Have you faced challenges in the past due to your background? Have you felt included since joining Swinburne? How could our community and society more broadly be more inclusive? Any or all of these questions could be the focus of your piece of work.

We want to hear your story…
