What about COVID-19?

Our team are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely, and will not allow programs to run if it is not safe. At this stage, we are planning for travel to be safe by Summer 2020/2021, but will have various review points over the coming months. Ensuring your wellbeing and protecting you financially is our priority, so you can be comfortable applying for this program with the following measures in place:

  • Students are not required to make any payments until they have confirmed a host organisation (usually around October)
  • If the Smart Traveller risk rating for China has not reduced by Level 2 – Exercise a High Degree of Caution by 1 November, the program will be cancelled and students will be refunded in full for any fees paid
