Have an independent short-term exchange experience, spending six weeks exploring Malaysia and studying at Swinburne Sarawak during the Winter Term.

Sarawak is part of the island of Borneo, a tropical getaway of rainforest, beaches and home to the endangered Bornean orangutan.

Enrol in one unit and attend weekday classes, fast-tracking your degree at home. On weekends, have the freedom to explore Borneo and surrounding South East Asian countries with fellow classmates.

Accommodation

Students will organise their own accommodation with assistance from the Swinburne Abroad office. Recommended accommodation option:

  • Citadines Kuching: Stay at the conveniently located Citadines Kuching, a short walk to the Sarawak campus and across from The Spring Shopping Centre. Students can choose from Studio, One Bedroom or Two Bedroom Apartments (pending availability). Breakfast is included, and facilities include a gym and rooftop swimming pool. Discounts available for Swinburne students.
