Our free Contemporary Approaches to University Teaching MOOC is ideal for academics, research students, faculty staff, librarians and a host of other roles which have a university teaching component.
The course is self-paced, which means you can complete it at your own speed, when it’s convenient for you. Note though, that the course does run in semesters from the end of January through to late July and then from the start of July to December.
There are 11 modules developed by experts as well as several specialty modules and other resources.
The MOOC is run by and designed by Adjunct Associate Professor Kym Fraser and due to its success since it’s launch in January 2018 the MOOC is being translated into Spanish, Mandarin (Putonghua), and Portuguese.
The best bit is, you can enrol in the course anytime throughout the year — though we recommend enrolling by orientation week (usually the start of March for Semester 1 and the start of August for Semester 2).
