Rob is a passionate and inclusive director for Swinburne Professional, who applies a high level of business acumen to deliver on the vision for the Engagement sector of Swinburne.
Rob joined Swinburne in 2015 from the Australian Institute of Management where he was Head of Corporate Solutions. As we position Swinburne Professional to be the partner of choice for the industries we serve, Rob will work across the university, to leverage the best of Swinburne to build a successful, sustainable and high quality workforce solutions and consultancy capability.
With over 16 years’ experience in senior management positions, Rob brings to the university a strong track record in leading and developing teams in professional environments. Possessing an aptitude for talent spotting and a passion for continuous improvement, Rob’s strength lies in cultivating the members of his team to ensure they meet their true potential.
Earlier in his career, Rob worked across the insurance, finance and organisational development sectors. He has since utilised his skills to build robust growth strategies to address bottle-necks with agility and to ensure a positive outcome for clients and students.
