Customer Relations Manager

Mitchell guides the customer relations for all public program courses at Swinburne Professional. He manages the customer experience team and maintains the day-to-day operations of student enrolments, on-campus training rooms and general student enquires. His passion to provide the best quality of service ensures the success for all the students while studying at Swinburne.

Mitchell has extensive customer service related experience in corporate and health services. He brings a broad understanding of regulation and compliance requirements in the vocational education sector from over four years of experience. He also collaborates with a wide number of internal stakeholders to achieve an exceptional student experience.

Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Business and is currently completing his Master of Business, majoring in marketing.
