With responsibility for providing vision and leadership in the delivery of Swinburne Professional's quality educational qualifications and professional development programs, Fiona endeavours to provide educational solutions which enable individuals to achieve their full potential.
Fiona is passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing a first class experience through the provision of operational excellence. A problem solver who delivers outcomes to the highest standards one of her key strengths is being able to review operational practice and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth and then to implement methodologies and frameworks to ensure continuous improvement.
Fiona holds an Honours degree in Law which has taught her to have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
