Address the fintech skills shortage

Our postgraduate financial technology courses will deepen your understanding of how technology is driving the future of finance and business and position you to thrive in an area where there is currently a skills shortage.

Bridge the business and IT gap

Our fintech courses – the first of their kind in Australia – will teach you to bridge the communication gap between technologists and data scientists, and business and financial services.

Co-created and co-delivered with industry

The Graduate Certificate and Master of Financial Technologies is co-created with Swinburne partners, Bendigo Bank and Judo Bank, and unit partners, Banxa, Inaam and Tableau. During your studies, these organisations will host events, provide platforms and content, pose real-world challenges and applied projects, and bring in practising professionals as speakers. They’ll even be sending their own employees to be your fellow students.

Tailor your course and specialise

The courses also draw on the cross-disciplinary strengths of Swinburne’s industry-focused innovation and entrepreneurship precinct, where you can extend your learning through a range of specialisations and electives across the AGSE.
