Marcia Gough Vice-President (People, Planning and Culture)
Marcia Gough was appointed Vice President (People, Planning and Culture) in May 2018, and has responsibility for end to end recruitment.

Marcia Gough
Marcia is an experienced senior HR Executive with significant human resources and leadership experience, gained across a number of sectors, including education, manufacturing, consulting, professional services, telecommunications and high technology, with a strong strategic and operational understanding of tertiary education. She has held global responsibility for human resources for a number of years, most recently with RMIT University and the Leica Group.
Marcia is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a qualified psychologist with postgraduate qualifications in human resources and psychology. She holds a board position with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Australia, a national not-for-profit health promotion charity focused on mental health training and research.
