The Swinburne Residences 54 Student Apartments offer independent living that would suit senior students or those who have previously lived away from home. Comprising either two or three bedrooms, students can select from single level standard apartments or townhouse-style deluxe apartments. Deluxe apartments have a downstairs living and kitchen area, with upstairs
The apartments are well equipped and feature:
- Security entrances
- Individual apartment and bedroom locks
- Each bedroom is large and contains a single bed, wardrobe, desk, ergonomic chair, telephone and broadband connection
- Laundry within apartment featuring a washing machine and dryer
- Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, sandwich maker and electric jug
- Gas Heating
- Dining table and chairs
- Lounge with chairs, coffee table and TV
