Resources - Romantic Partners

Romantic PartnersThis information is available to download in a word document download

This page contains relevant information and resources for students experiencing relationship difficulties with partners.

Relationship problems can have a huge impact on your studies and your general wellbeing. Usually we can minimise these difficulties by talking with friends, and with our partner, to resolve any conflicts that may arise before they impact our lives too much. Sometimes, however, these difficulties may be too great or complex to handle on your own, and talking with a counsellor can help. There are a number of services and resources that can help you and your partner deal with any difficulties you are experiencing. It may be that you are going through a very painful break-up, or a more complex issue of feeling controlled, or being abused in your relationship. Both private and couples counselling can help you overcome these challenges and improve the quality of your relationships.
