Relationship problems can have a huge impact on your studies and your general wellbeing. Usually we can minimise these difficulties by talking with friends, and with our loved ones, to resolve any conflicts that may arise before they impact our lives too much. Sometimes, however, these difficulties may be too great or complex to handle on your own, and talking with a counsellor can help. There are a number of services and resources that can help you deal with any friendship difficulties you are experiencing. It may be that you are having difficulty making new friends at University, or you have had a falling out with a close friend, counselling can help you overcome these challenges and improve the quality of your relationships.
