Resources - Procrastination

Family RelationshipsThis information is available to download in a word document download

This page contains relevant information and resources for students experiencing family difficulties.

Relationship problems can have a huge impact on your studies and your general wellbeing. Usually we can minimise these difficulties by talking with friends, and with our families to resolve any conflicts that may arise, before they impact our lives too much. Sometimes, however, these difficulties may be too great or complex to handle on your own, and talking with a counsellor can help. There are a number of services and resources that can help you and your family deal with any difficulties you are experiencing. It may be that you simply feel your parents don't understand you, or you may be experiencing more serious problems such as abuse in your home. Both private and family counselling can help you address and overcome these challenges, and improve the quality of your relationships.
