Group Therapy for Depression
This program has been developed with the sole intent of helping people gain more pleasure in their lives. We offer a safe and private environment where you can discuss issues and prepare solutions. We will also implement physical exercises designed especially to alleviate symptoms such as fatigue and a sense of helplessness over ciucumstances.

Academic Success Program
The Academic Success Program is a series of free workshops that have been especially designed to assist you to be proactive and manage your academic progress effectively.

Personal Development Groups
These are a series of free group programs designed to assist you in exploring personal and interpersonal concerns. Groups are run on Mondays 4.30pm - 6.00pm for four sessions.

To register your interest in participating in any personal development group, please email us.

Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) Program
If you are an international or country student you are invited to come along to one of our free CALD programs to meet new friends from all over the world.

CALD includes food, trips and activities, so why don't you drop in for one of our afternoon teas to find out what it's all about?

Are there are aspects of your course that you are finding difficult?
Are you finding it challenging to get used to the Aussie way?
Are you interested in learning better ways of communicating with your classmates?
