Students who successfully complete this unit will be able to:

  • Analyse popular Agile frameworks including Scrum, SAFe and Kanban and identify opportunities for Agile ways of working
  • Recommend common tools for Agile project and product management
  • Plan an Agile project using an appropriate Agile framework
  • Analyse change management strategies used for implementing Agile
