About student information services
Student Information Centres (SICs) and Student Central offices (Wantirna and Croydon) provide a wide range of services to current students, past students, Swinburne staff and the general public at each
campus.
Our Vision: To be responsive to clients' needs, to provide reliable and accurate information, and to make dealing with Swinburne student information centres as positive an experience as possible for our customers.
Swinburne's student information centres have been accredited by the Customer Service Institute of Australia since 2008.

Student Information Centre (SIC) at the Hawthorn, Prahran and Lilydale Campuses are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Student Central offices at Croydon and Wantirna campuses are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 5pm on Fridays.
Student Information Centres (SIC) and Student Central offices do not accept cash payments.
Students making payments in person at the SIC can use EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard or by cheque. Click here to view all payment methods available.

Student Operations Recognition Nomination
This form allows customers and colleagues to nominate a Student Operations staff member for the Recognition Award.
