Results Certificate

Description

A Swinburne Results certificate gives a complete listing of all grades awarded for a course of study, but does not include course completion date or graduation date.

Who can apply?

All current and non-current Swinburne University of Technology Students.

Application Procedure

Students are entitled to one free official result certificate each semester.

If Swinburne has your current address details you can request a copy online

Processing Time

Results certificates can generally be printed on the spot if you present in person between 9.00am-5.00pm. Mail/fax applications generally take three to five days to process.

Printing your own Results – Current students

You can print an unofficial copy of your results, for your personal use, via the internet:

  • Go to My.Swinburne
  • Enter in your USER NAME, which is your seven digit Student ID number.
  • Enter in your PASSWORD - Unless you have changed your password, it will be your date of birth (DDMMYY).
  • If this is the first time you have logged on through "My.Swinburne" you will be asked some questions for password security
  • Click on the "Printable Version" link to print a PDF copy of your results.

Note: For students in their last semester of studies, this feature is available for a month after your final results release.

Other Information

What is the difference between an Academic Transcript and a Results Certificate?

Both documents are official Swinburne documents, printed on Swinburne shield watermarked paper. If you have not graduated from your course or do not require course completion details, you can apply for your Results. The processing time for Results is shorter. If you are eligible for your results (ie no monies outstanding etc) we can produce your Results for you over the counter at any SIC.
