Higher Education Semester 1, 2009 Examinations
Exam Dates
- Swot Vac begins Monday 1 June and concludes Thursday 4 June inclusive.
- The formal examination period begins Friday 5 June 2009 and concludes Friday 19 June 2009 inclusive.
- Please check your exam timetable on My.Swinburne to confirm your exam time and venue, and allow plenty of travel time. Students experiencing login problems should contact the Swinburne Help Desk via email at portalsupport@swin.edu.au
Exam Times
- Examinations will be scheduled to commence at 9:00,14:00 or 18:00.
Exam Venues
- Most exams for students studying at Hawthorn and Prahran campuses will be scheduled at the Hawthorn Campus, Camberwell Civic Centre and other venues as necessary (details to be advised). Evening exams will be held on Hawthorn campus.
- Most exams for students studying at Lilydale campus will be scheduled at Lilydale campus.

Examination Requirements
- Examination requirements, as outlined on the examinations website and in the Assessment & Appeals Policy, must be complied with.
- Students must have with them their current Swinburne Student ID card. A student’s exam start may be delayed if a current student ID card is not presented at the start of an exam.
- If you are sitting a multi-day seminar or lab exam, please check your individual exam start times in My.Swinburne when timetables are published.
- If you think you have an exam but it is not listed in your My.Swinburne Exam Timetable please contact your Faculty to confirm whether there is a formal examination scheduled.
