How do I pay my fees?
Electronic payment is the preferred method of payment.

Visa and Mastercard Credit or Debit card
Log in through the 'My Financials' tab under the 'Manage my Course' section of the Current Students webpage.
Biller Code: 334193
|Register with your bank, credit union or building society to make a payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account.
The customer reference number is on your Statement of Account.

Note: If you arrange a payment that's more than the balance of your account we may decline the payment. This payment may be by cheque, online banking, automatic payment or direct debit. If the payment is stopped (dishonoured), you will be charged a $100.00 dishonour fee each time.
If you are a new/commencing student, go to the Offer Acceptance Form which can be accessed once Steps 1 – 6 have been completed. Refer to Step 4 - Paying Your Deposit.
Sponsored students (fees paid by an employer/organisation)
If your fees are going to be paid by your employer or other organisation you will need to provide a completed Sponsorship Agreement form prior to enrolment and agree to the Sponsorship Agreement Terms and Conditions.

Financial Advisers on each campus can assist with the following:
Fee Payment Extensions (international students only)
An extension of time to pay tuition fees may be available if:
- you are a continuing student; and
- you can demonstrate extreme financial hardship and difficulty meeting the payment due date.
Waiver of Late Payment of Fees penalty
It may be possible to waive the penalty applied for late payment of fees, only if this has occurred due to an exceptional circumstance beyond your control (e.g. a medical emergency).
When are my fees due?
Your fees are due as per the payment due date as stipulated on your Statement of Account. Your Statement of Account can be viewed via My Financials within the 'Manage my course' section on the Current Students webpage. Note: a $200.00 late fee will apply if you pay your enrolment fees after the payment due date.
How can I get a copy of my receipts?
You can request copies of previously issued receipts for payment of tuition fees only. For guidelines and to request a receipt copy, please follow the link below.
How can I view or download my Statement of Account?
