Susan joined Swinburne in March 2010 in the capacity of Executive Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor - Academic in Higher Education before taking up the Unit Manager role in SPL. Susan has spent the last fourteen years working predominantly as an EA in various industries within the corporate sector including Management Consultancy, Finance, Mining, Real Estate and Construction. Seven years of this time was spent living and working in London where, as well as spending the majority of her time working for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, she spent a year undertaking cross-sector work between councils and industry in central London.

Susan has a strong administrative skills base which, over her career has had concentrations in Marketing, Tendering Submissions, Quality Assurance, Corporate Governance, Project Management and Finance.
