Swinburne University of Technology is committed to recognising staff who are innovative and effective in their approaches to Learning and Teaching. SPL enables this commitment by encouraging and supporting all staff to showcase their good practice and teaching excellence through applying for awards.
SPL provides staff with help and guidance to prepare and submit applications for a range of teaching grants, awards and fellowships including:
ALTC Grants, Awards and Fellowships

SPL offers assistance to staff applying for Australian Learning and Teaching Council Grants Awards and Fellowships. There are separate time lines and procedures for the various grants and awards. You need to consult the appropriate ALTC Guidelines listed below and note the Swinburne Submission deadline.
The ALTC Grants Program includes Competitive Grants, Priority Projects and Excellence in Leadership Program. For further detail about interrelationship of the Grant see the summary.
