Swinburne Professional Learning carries out the complementary roles of undertaking project-based curriculum renewal initiatives in support of Swinburne's Professional Learning Model, and providing ongoing Faculty-linked academic development support that meets strategic priorities.
SPL Academic Development Advisors play a pivotal role within Faculties in supporting ongoing, contract and sessional staff to reflect on their teaching practices, implement and evaluate educational innovations, and participate in teaching scholarship opportunities.
