Matthew Cooke is program coordinator of the Bachelor of Design
(Interior Design) program at the National Institute of Design (Swinburne
University of Technology).
He is an Interior Designer who graduated from the Louis Laybourne
Smith School of Architecture and Design at the University of South
Australia and is near the completion of a Master of Architecture
(with a focus on representation theory and virtual space).
Matthew
worked for a number of Architectural and Interior Design firms in
Adelaide after graduation and taught in the Bachelor of Interior
Architecture and Architecture Programs at the University of South
Australia before taking up a position in the Multimedia, Games and
Interactivity programs at Swinburne University of Technology.
His teaching and research focuses on digital media, new technologies
and the representation and communication of space.
