The Graduate Certificate of Business Management (Organisational Leadership) will give you the relevant skills, knowledge and attributes to become a leader in your profession.
The course provides a professional qualification for middle management, team leaders, line and project managers to develop their organisational leadership and change management skills.
It's also designed to hone your management skills, enabling responsible leadership across the organisation leading to career progression.
The course forms the first stage of the Graduate Diploma of Business Management and the Master of Business Management.
You'll have to opportunity to progress through these stages to reach your desired qualification.
Most graduates will already be established in business careers, so through successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Business Management (Organisation Leadership), you can expect better job performance, promotion, and new opportunities in a broader business and international business environment.
You may also expect senior supervisory and management roles.
The Graduate Certificate of Business Management (Organisational Leadership) is made up of three core units of study:
- Managing in a complex world
- Foundations of organisational leadership
- Leading the change process
- One elective unit
The units are usually studied on a part-time basis with the choice of studying one or two units each semester.
You can choose to study online or on campus depending on your choice of elective. You may also have the option to study all four units full-time in one semester.
You must complete all four units successfully to progress into the Graduate Diploma of Business Management.
