The new Performance, Development and Rewards approach for corporate areas is here for 2008.
The mini cycle is starting in June/July with Step 1 - Develop your Performance Plan.
Managers will be attending training and staff will soon receive copies of the guidelines document and quick reference card to help them participate in the new PDR Process.
