Prepare to Study
All TAFE students are enrolled in a free (and compulsory) unit, Prepare to Study. This subject covers all the basics on getting started at Swinburne: online systems, the library, support services and other bits and pieces.
SSAA
A representative may pop into your classes during the first couple of weeks of study. They'll give you the rundown on important facilities on your campus, support services and the social events they regularly run at Croydon.
The fun doesn't stop at the end of Orientation!
SSAA run events all year long. Week one is especially huge – it's a great chance to hang out with your new mates and meet the people you missed in the whirlwind of Orientation.
