Leadership stream
(Taught in Melbourne, by Northeastern University academics)

The traditional concept that leadership skill resides solely with a small handful of top executives has given way to contemporary collaborative models where influence and decision-making authority is distributed throughout an organisation. Today's workforce continues to diversify, and the tasks to be accomplished become more complex. This Leadership stream is designed to assist today's leaders and prepare emerging leaders in meeting these challenges.

The units incorporate an action-learning approach that is intended to leverage the interdisciplinary backgrounds of participants to help build leadership competencies.
