Customised Industry Units of Competency

The NCS also customised a set of each of the GCSS for the Business Services and the General Construction / Plumbing Services Training Packages with Sustainability Victoria, the two industry skills councils and in consultation with industry representatives. To view the customised industry units of competency, please select from the options below.

Construction and Property Services Industry Skills Council (General Construction and Plumbing Services Training Packages)

The following draft units of competency are under review for potential endorsement in 2007.

bullet Implement and monitor environmentally sustainable work practices Certificate IV (Supervisor) (pdf 94kb)
bullet Develop workplace policy and procedures for sustainability Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Graduate Certificate (Manager or Executive) (pdf 88kb)

The Property Services Training Package is also reviewing the inclusion of these three units based on the Guideline Standards for Sustainability.
