Australian Campuses Towards Sustainability (ACTS) was established to enable Australian universities and TAFE’s to share knowledge and expertise in the field of campus environmental management. Acts aims to link individuals across Australian Unis and Tafes who share the same environmental management imperatives encouraging the exchange of best environmental practices.

Alternative Technology Association
The ATA provides practical information about harnessing renewable energy sources such as the sun, wind and water. The ATA offers advice on conserving energy, building with natural materials, reducing the use of and recycling natural resources and working with appropriate technology to create a sustainable future.

ANZSES-Sustainable House Day
The Australian New Zealand Solar Energy Society national event. Sustainable house day is a day where the public are invited to do a walk through tour of a solar house. The houses are usually of solar passive design and utilise renewable energy technology. The site has numerous links to companies dealing with renewable energy, solar passive house design, sustainable development and environmentally friendly building products. Occurs every second sunday of every year.

Australian Greenhouse Office
The Australian Greenhouse Office is part of the Department of Environment and Heritage and delivers the majority of programmes under the Australian Government’s Climate Change Strategy. Our water is a web site set up by the Department of Sustainability and Environment to help with educating the Australian public about water conservation and its related issues. The Sustainable Living Competition
The Sustainable Living Competition is a national education for sustainability program run by The Centre for a Sustainable Built Environment in the Faculty of the Built Environment at the University of New South Wales.
