Course Description
This unit explores change management models and the development of an implementation methodology. Pathways to implementation of the desired sustainability initiatives are discussed, together with practical consideration of the drivers and barriers to change.
You will complete a change management strategy case study in the workshop.
Course Details and Enrolment
This short course is based on the accredited unit ‘HVU20154 – Design a change management strategy for a sustainability initiative’ which is one of the 4 units within the Vocational Graduate Certificate of Sustainability.
Interested applicants must register via a formal application process and may be interviewed by phone. As this is a ‘Post Grad’ unit the minimum educational background is a Bachelor Degree
