The interactive was developed for the Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning to assist participants to identify active verbs within a range of thinking levels which can be used when writing learning objectives in subject outlines or lesson plans. A series of exercises provide an opportunity to match sets of active verbs to an appropriate level in the cognitive domain.
