Swinburne Professional Learning

Swinburne Professional Learning (SPL) supports teaching excellence and innovation in Higher Education, through an emphasis on professional development and support delivered within the context of strategic curriculum renewal. Swinburne Professional Learning provide Faculty-based academic support via the Faculty Academic Development Advisor (ADA) working closely with the Faculty Education Development Coordinator, Faculty Academic Committee/ Learning and Teaching Committees.

Information Technology Services (ITS)

ITS provide a wide range of IT related services for staff including PC support, help with wireless connection and dial in connection, training courses, file storage and a helpdesk.

Study Skills Support

The University provides a range of support services to assist students develop the skills they need to be successful.

All students can attend workshops and/or individual appointments and receive support in language and academic skills, IT, maths and statistics. It is helpful to make students aware of these support services and to encourage them to make use of the free and confidential support.
