Educational Development Coordinators

Each Faculty at Swinburne has an Educational Development Coordinator, an EDC for short. The role of the EDC is to contribute to the development of approaches to teaching and learning that facilitate the realisation of students' full potential, inlcuding the development of lifelong learning skills, creativity and flexibility. The EDCs regularly disseminate information, facilitate electronic mail discussions and organise staff workshops and other activities on issues related to learning and teaching within their particular Faculty or Division. They may be used as a resource by sessional and other teachers.
