Lectopia

Lectopia is Swinburne's lecture capture system. It is installed in all lecture theatres and some classrooms at all campuses. Have a look at the quick-start guide on what is involved in using Lectopia.

Access to Lectopia

Anyone with a SIMS account has access to Lectopia. If you do not already have a Lectopia account, it will be created for you when you submit your first booking via the Lectopia Booking Form (SIMS access).

If you want to use Lectopia, make sure that you select a Lectopia-enabled Venue and have yourself timetabled in there.

When you are ready to create your bookings, use the Lectopia Booking Form (SIMS access)

The Lectopia Staff Tool (SIMS access) allows you to add information to and check the status of your recordings.
