General Information
Registration
Registration can be completed by printing out and faxing the completed form to: +61 3 92145525 or emailing the completed form to jbarton@swin.edu.au. If you wish to purchase tickets for the Workshop lunch(s) and/or the Workshop Dinner, payment should be made by credit card and accompany registration.
We accept Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard. A Tax Invoice and Confirmation Letter will be issued when payment is made.
Please note that Registration is limited and will close 30 September 2005.
Registration Entitlements
Registration includes attendance at all presentations on Thursday 17th November and Friday 17th November 2005; morning tea and afternoon tea; workshop handbook; satchel; and name badge. Tickets for lunch (both days) and the Official Workshop Dinner can be purchased at additional cost – please see the registration form.
Registration Desk
The Registration desk will be located outside the Level 2 Lecture Theatre in the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship (AGSE) and will be open during the following times:
Thursday 17th November 8am-5pm
Acknowledgement of Registration
Upon receipt of your completed registration form, your registration will be acknowledged with confirmation of your requirements either by fax or e-mail. Receipts and tax invoices will be issued on request.
Registration Cancellation and Meal Refund Policy
Due to space restrictions, registration for the Workshop is limited. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your registration please contact the conference organisers as soon as possible.
Lunch/Dinner cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations for Lunch/Dinner postmarked on or before 1 November 2005 will incur a fee of 50% of the amount specified on the registration form. No refunds will be made for Lunch/Dinner cancellations postmarked on or after 1 November, 2005. The Conference Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice, as a result of circumstances beyond their control.
Airlines
There is no official carrier nominated for the WHO/ACRBR Regional Workshop 2005.

Airport Transfers
Taxis and shuttle buses offer the most convenient transfers between the airport and Melbourne city. Taxis from the airport to the city cost approximately $25 or $50 from the airport to Swinburne University in Hawthorn. The Skybus Super Shuttle offers transfers between the airport and the city, including free hotel connections for $13 AUD one way. For further information see: http://www.skybus.com.au/
Getting to Swinburne University
Hawthorn Campus is located in John St, Hawthorn, Victoria. Swinburne Hawthorn Higher Education is about a minute walk from Glenferrie Station, located on the Lilydale/Belgrave Line. Glenferrie Station is located in a Zone1 ticketing zone. For more information on ticket fares visit www.metlinkmelbourne.com.au/
Shops, food outlets and ATM's are located along Glenferrie Road, where tram No.69 also stops.
Train and tram services normally operate between 5am and midnight, Monday to Saturday, and 8am to 11pm on Sundays. For details on fares and routes, please see the Metlink website above.
Climate and Clothing
The weather in Melbourne is extremely changeable. You are advised to bring warm clothing for the evenings, a jacket for the daytime and an umbrella. Average temperatures for Melbourne in November range from 11°C to 22°C.
