Living Well Feeling Well is an internet-based program that is a convenient and motivating way to learn skills to improve your mental and physical wellbeing and to cope with challenging situations.
The program is offered free-of-charge to adults 18 years or older with access to the internet. It is part of a research study being conducted by Swinburne University's eTherapy Unit.
Participation in the research study involves approximately 4 hours spread over a 3-month period to complete a number of internet-based surveys and the 3-week interactive program.
