WELCOME TO MINDFULNESS ONLINE |

Mindfulness Online is an internet based intervention that provides a convenient, user friendly way to learn skills to improve your physical and mental well being. These skills are designed to change the way you approach, think and feel about challenging and difficult situations. |
||
The program is offered free-of-charge to Australian adults 18 years or older with access to the internet. It is part of a research study being conducted by Swinburne University's eTherapy Unit. |
||
Participation in the research study involves 4 hours spread over a 7-week period to complete a number of internet-based surveys and the 3-week interactive program. |
