Biography
Leonie is a senior lecturer in Sustainability in the Arts and Social Sciences group at Swinburne. Leonie is an applied ecological economist with research interests in the areas of sustainability and resilience. She convenes and is the primary teacher in the BA (Sustainability Management).
Prior to working at Swinburne, Leonie was a researcher at CSIRO (Canberra, Brisbane & Melbourne) and a consultant for SKM (Melborune). She holds a PhD from University of Queensland and has studied and worked in USA, Europe and China. Additionally, she has successfully sequered over one million in research and consultancy funds.
