The Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) facility at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne was established in 2003. It is located in the Faculty of Life and Social Sciences. The CATI facility draws on the cross-disciplinary expertise of senior researchers from the Social Psychology Research Unit (SPRU) and the Psychological Science and Statistics (PSS) group.

The CATI team has extensive experience in conducting research and teaching research methods. We specialize in designing and conducting high quality telephone surveys for academic, government and private organizations.
